With over 15 years of musical training in various methods and instruments, I bring a unique and tailored approach to teaching and performance settings. From classical to traditional folk music, any musical repertoire can be provided upon request.
My Teaching Approach
I have had the luck of experiencing music with many great teachers and methods over the course of my musical career. It is my goal to use this experience to provide a tailored approach for each student’s goals and needs. With certifications in RCM, Suzuki Piano, and Suzuki Early Childhood Education, I am uniquely qualified to combine and adjust lesson plans to find exactly what works for you or your child.It is my belief that music exists not only to listen and enjoy, but to express oneself and strengthen the mind. Learning an instrument provides a safe place to work through emotions, while also building a sense of discipline as you learn new skills. Lessons are always approached with creating a welcoming place for learning.While routine is important for our learning, I also understand a need for lesson flexibility in a family’s busy schedule. That’s why all lesson times can be booked and managed here. Lesson availability is subject to change, and may be adjusted as necessary.
